District 7150 Conference May 13-15, 2011

Download 2011 Conference Registration form & the Hotel & Meals form

Almost a year to the date, members of the District Conference Committee, on behalf of PJ Scott, DGE, visited the Hotel Hilton and Conference Center. We decided that certain rooms would be used for the House of Friendship, Conference registration, etc. Now the real work begins. Our committee still has some holes to fill. If you would like to volunteer to work on a committee such as Sargeant-at-Arms, spend a couple hours on the registration desk or fill bags down the road, please let me know. Those who attended the CanCon '99 Conference in Montreal were well rewarded for spending the weekend on Rotary. Bob Batley - chair of the program committee and I promise you our best efforts again.

The Conference Registration forms are now ready. The form and a $50.00 check sent to Dennis Shonewetter our registrar, is the first step.
Other chairs are:
Ann Smiley - House of Friendship
Rosalie Rubenstein - Decorations
Gerry O'Donnell - SAA
Bennett Bishop - Signs/Printing
Hospitality Suite - Bennett/Pat Bishop
Golf - Jim Bauder
